Refund & Cancellation Policy

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. To withdraw, contact us in writing within 14 days of the order.

For digital services that you ask us to start immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun, provided you gave prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout.

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are provisioned immediately and individualised to you. They are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal and are non-refundable once submitted to the registry.

You can cancel a hosting plan at any time from the control panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and stops future renewals.

Upgrades are prorated and charged immediately; downgrades take effect at the next cycle. Outside the statutory withdrawal period, recurring fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

For business customers, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Cancellation and refund terms follow the Terms of Service and the applicable order.

To cancel or request a refund, email billing@lanetti.fi with your account and order details. Eligible refunds are returned using the original payment method.
